Learn Photoshop : Day 1

So you want to learn Photoshop. Ok so what are you waiting for Lets start with Photoshop CS6.

• First of all Open Photoshop

• Now press "CTRL+N" to open new page.

• Set New Page properties:

                     Always Choose Pixels
                     Resolution : 72 minimum or for printouts 300
                     Background: Transparent or White.
                     Color Mode : RGB (Red, Green, Black)

• Press "OK"

• New Page Will Open

• On Right side  you will see two color options:

                                           Foreground Color  - fill by pressing "ALT+Backspace"
                                           Background Color - fill by pressing "CTRL+Backspace"
You can choose any color option to fill color using these shortcuts.

• After Filling Color in Background Layer. Now you have to add new layer to create new objects.

• Press "CTRL+SHIFT+N" and Enter to add new layer

•  Now lets get familiar with few things: "Tools" bar, to Add this Go to "Windows" options and click on "Tools"

• This is known as "Options" bar, to Add this Go to "Windows" options and click on "Option"

OPTIONS

• Now Lets see Layer bar, to Add this Go to "Windows" options and click on "Layer" or press "F7".
